8月已立秋，南下墾丁享受夏日最後的炙熱。😎
出發前硬把一件過長的碎花裙塞進行李箱，想說在恆春小鎮找店家改短，改好就能穿。
鎮上有好幾家修改衣服的店，我住屏鵝公路上的沐林會館，離恆春老街很近。於是決定去老街上的「新成興號」修改裙長。把洋裝拿出來給改衣服的阿嬤看，阿嬤說「裙子怎麼會長」、「要明天才能拿喔」，嗯嗯喔喔說了栓Ｑ我就默默離開了……😭
明天人家要去台東了，碎花裙今年夏天沒有亮相的命，明年再穿吧！
從中山老街出來，轉角遇見柯家古早味綠豆饌，正好來一碗解暑。
綠豆蒜為恆春一帶傳統的甜點，由綠豆剝殼後去蒸，形狀很像「剁碎的蒜末」，也因此被稱作「綠豆蒜」，一直沿用至今。
接近正午，遊客可能都去用餐了，人少不用排隊太幸運了。
藍天無雲、曬久會痛的晴朗夏日，來碗加上黑糖剉冰的綠豆蒜是最優解。
剉冰沙沙沙的聲音非常療癒，細細碎碎的冰堆成小山一樣，淋上古法煉製的黑糖漿就完成了。
冰綜合綠豆饌＋粉條、Ｑ圓、綠豆、紅豆、花生，一碗45元。
戳冰戳得太大力，不小心把上層的冰山戳飛了，就像髮片飛掉了一樣，直接進入主題。😅
看見黑糖冰掉落，心疼了一下，最喜歡的黑糖剉冰就這麼掉了，真的很87。偷偷看了店員一眼，因為我把桌面弄髒了，一旁的闆娘親切的叫我換桌位，人太好了。
冰山掉落之後，還有一些浮冰在料頭周圍，清涼度並沒有減少。
舀一口黑糖冰，這就是夏天哪！😍

金黃色的是綠豆蒜，綜合的還加了粉條、Ｑ圓、綠豆、紅豆、花生。
柯家用桂圓熬煮，所以有一股淡淡的桂圓香氣，古早味混合黑糖，甜度剛好。
霧化的背景是恆春街道，在安靜炎熱的小鎮，品嚐沁心涼的甜點，內心很平和。
無論餐前餐後，來到恆春，不可錯過的當地小吃。
