計畫恆春旅遊時，吃龍蝦的念頭立刻浮現。還好有網路有部落客指路，選定海珍珠興海水產來滿足口腹之欲。南國恆春三面環海，東臨太平洋、西臨台灣海峽、南臨巴士海峽，來到漁產豐富的恆春，別忘了找間喜歡的海鮮餐廳大快朵頤一番。
海珍珠興海水產位於恆春鎮上，離我住的民宿沐林會館僅5分鐘車程，睡到自然醒洗漱並做好防曬之後，準備出發去海珍珠吃早午餐啦～
曝曬不到5分鐘就到餐廳了，停車時看到門口沒人讓我有些卻步，但其實才早上11點出頭啦，應該還沒到遊客們的午餐時間，才看起來門可羅雀的樣子。
海珍珠興海水產：環境介紹
海珍珠興海水產除了餐廳還專營海鮮批發，以下方照片的視角為準，左手邊為水產超市，右邊是複合式餐廳，用餐區有分1樓跟2樓。
一樓的自助盛飯區剛好在中間，把左邊的水產超市跟右邊的餐廳區隔開來。

可能店家還在廚房準備，櫃檯沒人我就先去水產超市逛逛。看到超市裡的海鮮種類有嚇一跳，不管是冷藏冷凍都有，而且有些魚類已處理完成。如果家裡想烤肉，來趟水產超市就可以把肉品海鮮一次購足，非常便利。
逛完五花八門的水產超市，時間也差不多了，可以過去餐廳點餐啦！
海珍珠興海水產：菜單
看到滿滿的魚貨，欣喜之餘還帶點拘謹（揣手手），不知從何下手。還好點菜的阿姨很親切，知道我只有一位用餐，依舊熱情的問我有沒有特別想吃什麼海鮮，並且拿出菜單讓我參考。
雙人跟三人套餐的份量太多，簡單看了套餐的菜色及價格，兩三人的話點龍蝦套餐蠻划算的喔。
看完套餐菜單，我直接跟點餐大姐說我想吃龍蝦，大姐馬上拿著撈網帶我去後面的水族箱挑選。波龍價格一斤950元 ，我跟大姐說我一個人而已不用太大隻，大姐說那她先撈再幫我秤價格。第一次撈的比較大隻，秤起來約1300元，我覺得太大隻了，大姐又選了一隻體格較小的大概1100，價格我OK，賀成交。👍🏻
只吃龍蝦太孤單了，阿姨問我還有沒有想吃的，其實我每樣都想吃。可惜胃容量有限，只加點了塔香海瓜子，想說可以配飯。阿姨說臉書打卡加購綜合生魚片只要100元喔，一個人三樣菜夠豐盛了吧！
點餐過程很愉快，阿姨很會聊天不僅沒給我任何壓力，也不覺得一個人用餐有什麼奇怪，也不會問東問西，讓我覺得很放鬆。
這隻小龍就是我的盤中飧，在桌子上還活跳跳的，非常有活力。
1樓跟2樓都有飯鍋，我被安排在2樓用餐，阿姨說去2樓盛飯就好省得端，被她看見我拿碗要裝飯了，真的餓了。
上二樓的鐵梯旁是生魚片的冰櫃，海珍珠興海水產是複合式餐廳，除了台式熱炒也賣日式生魚片及握壽司，夏天就是要吃冰冰涼涼的生魚片，這樣才消暑。
上2樓用餐囉！
2樓冷氣開放，一開門就看到飯桶了（笑）。
海珍珠興海水產：綜合生魚片12片
原價200元的綜合生魚片，打卡加購價100元，隨機四種共12片，我覺得店家很有誠意。
一人吃綽綽有餘，兩人食用剛剛好，價格佛心又新鮮。
海珍珠興海水產：塔香鮮蛤蜊
台式熱炒必點塔香海瓜子或蛤蜊，我更喜歡海瓜子，但蛤蜊比海瓜子便宜30元，意思意思節約一下。
塔香濃郁，醬汁鮮美帶甜味，果然是白飯殺手。
海珍珠的飯粒軟硬適中，醬汁拌飯好好吃，蛤蜊鹹中帶甜，一顆接一顆非常涮嘴。要不是大菜還沒上，我會再去添一碗白飯，不浪費一滴醬汁。😂
海珍珠興海水產：清蒸波士頓龍蝦
新鮮龍蝦清蒸最好吃，紅艷艷的誰看誰喜歡。
生魚片已經下肚無法入鏡，幫兩道心喜的海鮮料理合照後，就可以大快朵頤了。
現撈的充滿活力的波龍，用最簡單的方式料理，將食材原味做最大程度的保留。
為了方便顧客食用，廚師先將龍蝦的硬殼敲碎，剝殼容易又不傷牙齒，太貼心了。
我選的龍蝦比較小隻，但完全不影響我對它的期待啊！
龍蝦雖小但肉質豐滿，蝦肉輕易的就能從它的盔甲中剝離，連筷子都能感受到它的彈性，但只有我能品嚐龍蝦肉的鮮美，太銷魂了簡直是。
蝦體的新鮮度直接反映在Ｑ彈的肉質上，把鰲的硬殼去掉，就是完美的肉體，形狀一模模一樣樣，有趣又驚喜。而且我覺得蝦肉很有嚼勁，吃起來不會粉粉爛爛的，口感扎實，愈嚼愈鮮甜。
龍蝦肉下方以豆腐鋪底，兩者一起清蒸，豆腐吸收了龍蝦的湯汁，豆香外還帶有海鮮的甜味。
一個人獨享一隻波士頓龍蝦非常過癮，但食量也是是有限的。即便選了最小隻的，蒸出來還是一大盤，我只好慢慢品嚐慢慢享受奢侈的龍蝦時光，畢竟這種機會不太多。
上2樓的時候沒客人，我選擇靠窗的位置，還好靠窗讓我可以望著窗外邊吃邊發呆，悠閒的嗑完一整隻龍蝦。
推薦恆春鎮上的海珍珠興海水產，我這樣吃下來不到1500元，北部不可能有這種價格，這就是產地餐桌的概念。來到恆春墾丁後壁湖一帶，千萬不要錯過國境之南的海鮮，大碗又滿意。😄
